William Balfour has been arrested for the murders of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson's family members according to Chicago police.
The 27-year-old was taken into custody in Stateville Correctional Center on violation of parole. Balfour was then transferred to Chicago police after police served a warrant for his arrest. He was then taken to the Wentworth Area, where he will be held pending charges.Balfour is the estranged husband of Hudson's sister, Julia.
