Nicole Domination
This performance, while very good and highlights the dancing abilities of all members, is the perfect example of how Nicole Scherzinger is taking over The Pussycat Dolls. I mentioned this in my review of their latest CD Doll Domination, but this performance of their new single "Bottle Pop" makes it obvious. I mean, they didn't even bother to give the other Dolls microphones. . . Not to mention, unlike usual, Scherzinger is clearly lip-syncing and doesn't even bother to fake it by the end of the song.

Penis Stuck?
This ISN'T celebrity related, but I HAD to share. In Hong Kong, a 41-year-old man called the police in desperation when after attempting to have sex with a park bench, his penis got stuck in one of the small holes. Complete story after jump.

Not Again...
Last year I stopped watching TV's most popular show, American Idol, because it didn't seem like the show was intended to do: find UNDISCOVERED talent. The biggest controversy of season 7 was Carly Smithson, an Irish pop singer who had been signed to MCA and who's debut album flopped (selling a mere 300 copies -- yes that says 300). Other contestants that season included Michael Johns (formerly signed to Maverick Records) and Kristy Lee Cook (formerly signed to Arista Nashville). Even the first runner-up, David Archuleta, had appeared on Star Search when he was 11 years old.
Well now Idol is at it again for its current eighth season with Joanna Pacitti.
Now even I had heard of Pacitti, as pop princess BRITNEY SPEARS (for God sake) recently covered one of her songs on her latest album Circus. According to an article I just read on Yahoo, Pacitti had also been previously signed and even had appearances on movie soundtracks such as Legally Blonde, Bratz and Nancy Drew! American Idol has become so fake these days. It's so sad. Has unknown talent really become that difficult to find?

SATC Desperate?
Is it just me or does Sex And The City try to grab big name celebrities so that people will actually watch it? Now, I have to admit I never watched the TV show, but my boyfriend did make me sit through the movie. To me, it was just like The Hills with old people and an unnecessary scene with a penis. The first movie, in addition to the TV cast, included singer actress Jennifer Hudson. Now it's been reported that SATC star Sarah Jessica Parker wants singer Britney Spears to be in the sequel. . . So now answer my question. Hmmm. . .

Watch: Thinking of You
I have to say, Katy Perry has really impressed me with her talent. Her addictive hit "I Kissed A Girl" plagued the airwaves and friends of mine and myself couldn't hold back from singing along to "Hot N Cold." Perry's latest single is a bit slow, but just as amazing. The way she sings the beautiful lyrics just tugs at my heart. I hope readers enjoy this song and video as much as I do. Presenting: Thinking of You.
